Sick kitten!!

I got my kitten 2 weeks ago, and they told me she was 10 weeks old, but very small.  She only weighed 1.4 lbs.  I am feeding her purina pro plan kitten food, in a can.  After about 5 days she began throwing up her food.  Not immediately after eating, but around 4 hours or so later, we also noticed that she was not having a bowel movement.  I took her to the vet and they took an x-ray which showed she was full of food.  They gave her an enema, which helped for that day, however she threw up again later in the day.  Then she threw up the next day, and the vet told us to try a tiny dose of miralax on her food (it was a Sunday, and he thought this would help until Monday).  This did not help, she threw up again on Monday morning and still hadn't had a bowel movement.  I left her at the vet all day, they gave her 2 enemas and said she still hadn't had a bowel movement, but hadn't thrown up again . . . we took her home again and the next morning she threw up once more.  That day I left her at the vet again where they gave her a barium study, actually gave her 2 doses.  By the afternoon the vet told me the news did not look good, none of the barium had passed through her large intestine, and told me that most likely she was going to need surgery and the possibility of her coming out of it was slim to none because of her size/age.  About an hour later he called again and said that all the barium had passed, and she would be fine, just needed to give her this medicine (Panacur) once a day for 5 days.  We took her home and she was going to the bathroom, not throwing up . . . that lasted almost 48 hours, but she just threw up again.
This entire time she is eating well, but not over eating, she will stop and play or nap and go back to her food later . . .  she is having bowel movements.  She is also very playful and full of energy.  During this whole time she has not lost her "healthy" personality at all. . . . I am entirely stressed about her, and cannot continue this $300 dollars every day as it has been for this week.  I would be more than happy to pay it if we were getting results, but she is still throwing up . . . She wakes up in the middle of the night and gets sick.
Any suggestions??  Please help!!

Panacur is use to kill intestinal parasites.  Sounds like your kitten had a combination of coccidia (a parasite) and some sort of intestinal blockage.  I have to disagree with the previous poster.  Cow's milk is not good for cats and laxatives can result in dehydration.  You might ask your vet about a prescription food such as Science Diet A/D which is more easily digested and you can water it down a bit or use some kitten milk replacer (sold at pet supply stores without prescription).  I sounds like your kitten is improving, but it may take some time before her digestive system is completely back to normal.  There are no instant cures.

im not familiar with the medicans you mentioned as i am from australia, but i would suggest two things. firstly give her a little cat laxetive in her food, this will help break it down, also make sure her food is all moist, dont feed her biscuts, also if she keeps throwing up with that, feed her ful cream cows milk, usally this will go through their system easily, and gives them good nutriants too.
did she have a mother? because my cat is 11 years old now, and she throws up allot, its something to to with the lack of a mother. i dont know how that works..but apparently so...
secondly i suggest you try another vet. in
$300 a day dosent sound right regardless of medicines... is that including daily consult fees? i dont know the differance in money, but it seems a exeptional amout, so i'd try another vet.
