Sudden Lethargy in my 10wk old kitten

Overnite my kitten has become extremely lethargic. Just yesterday she was playing like normal (except for the fact that a week ago she developed a small spiral fracture on her hind leg, and she has a GIANT splint on, but that hasnt stopped her before!) she was eating like normal and using the potty like normal. I found her this morning cuddled with my boyfriend on the couch.( Usually she is waking me up to feed her bright and early) i went to replenish the water and the food, she didnt even get up. I brought her into the kitched to eat and she just stared at the food and water. She laped the water for a split second and just stopped and hovered over it. I tried giving her wet food and she gave it one lick and that was it.  She has pale gums and a full belly. She only used the litter box to pee once when my boyfriend placed her in there. And only once today did she get up to go into the kitchen and again just hovered over the water. I was giving her water through a syringe, along with a "gruel" my sister had advised me on. I got her to play for a little bit with a piece of string, but as soon as i pulled the string away she was back asleep. She pretty much has slept all day, and we've just been keeping her wrapped in blankets and warm with a heating pad. any ideas on whats going on? Im bringing her to the vet tomorrow, but was hoping on maybe a little insight tonight

my opion would be to maybe get her little bowels moving. so maybe give her the wet food and even a little milk in the morning. but not too much. hopefully this will get things all clear and back to normal.. keep me posted!

So i took her into the vet,she gave her an exam and said everything looked good. her fecal exam and blood test came out negative. Everything looked normal! She was still a little sleepy in the morning but as the day went on she had more energy. Last night when i was sleeping i woke up because i heard her cry, and my boyfriend said her belly was really really full and she was just constipated. Right now she is exploring everything and getting into trouble like normal.

The vet said if it happens again, just to bring her on in and we can take it from there.

Doesnt seem like much help, right? But im glad that she is going good, and hopes it stays that way!

its best you speak to your vet.
but it is a good sign if kitty is eating/peeing/pooping...
she could have an infection in the wound possibly?
when she is following you around and rubbing at you I think she just needs to be hugged....and not just feeling up to par for some reason.
like I said best to speak to your vet.
let us know ok....and best of luck to you both

so just a little update, the kitten got off of the couch and went potty! 1 and 2! She had diarrhea and i scooped a little to bring to the vet tomorrow. She went into the kitched and even started to eat a little dry food. She looked like she was having a little trouble so i gave her wet food and she started eating alittle of that and went back to the dry food. She then started following me everywhere and even stopped to scratch at her scratching post! She cries when i pick her up but she is constantly rubbing against my leg now. she proceeded to walk around the apartment a bit more, stopped back in the kitchen for a little more food and seemed excited when she saw our other cat.

Now she is back in sleepy mode.
