I agree with the previous posters, and would like to add that if you give her lots of toys, stimulation (play, access to windows she cant get out of, human touch) during the day, and remove these during the night, she should relax at night.  Also only feed her in the daytime, and remove food at night.  Allow her to become 'bored' enough at night to relax.  Do not encourage play at this time.  If this does not work, crate her at night.  Get one big enough for a bed, litterbox, and water.  Put her in it at night, and let her out in the day.  If she yowls about this, put the crate somewhere you can't hear her (garage, bathroom, etc).  Going overnight without stimulation or food of any sort is not harmful for cats. - Blu

Kitten Krazies is what we call that burst of activity.  All the kitties I've ever had went through them.  Thank goodness for the advent of laser pointers.

Get kitty chasing the red bug and wear her down while keeping her off the walls.

by done you mean you've had her spayed?....some cats are very hyperactive yes. I'm not sure if Bombays are. I had a Burmese years ago that certainly was, and I know Siamese are also....If you must put her out do it during the day than she will be tired enough to sleep at night and not be trying to play....or if that doesn't work you may need to shut your door and keep her out of the bedroom...as she ages this will slow down, sounds to me like she's just a very normal 'active' kitty.
