Hi Seashells,

I do not think you can treat your little girl. You must take her to the vet ASAP so she can be examined. You need to find out where that blood is coming from internally--Please see an emergency clinic if need be since it is Sunday.

Please let us know how she is.

Hi there, and yes, it's very stressful when our kitties get sick.  This sounds like it could be a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection), but that is only a guess of course.  UTI's are Very painful.  I'm happy to hear you'll be seeing her vet tomorrow.

Keep us updated, k?

Yes, UTI's can be common especially if you feed your girl DRY food.  And it's very normal for kitties to hide their pain which is why it's important for US as their owners to be alert to any change in their habits...like you have been :)

Keep us posted. It could be a UTI. Please take it from me, my kitty had a really bad UTI and hid ALL her symptoms and I didn't know until she stopped eating and developed fatty liver disease from not eating and ended up needing a feeding tube to get her back on track. I'm glad you're taking her to the vet, good on you for that!! <3 best of luck.

This can be a number of things, from constipation, to worms, to a UTI. It is best to have her checked out by a vet to be sure. If she is normal otherwise, it is likely nothing serious.

Did you take the kitty in to the vet? If you did, what happened? I am curious because of friend's cat also has this going on.
