male cat licking kitten

So my female cat just gave birth last July 27,2016 and its been 15 days since then my male cat(not the father) will occasionally "visits" the kitten but only lick the girl kittens private I'm kind of worriend since my female cat is trying to move her kittens plss help

Just keep an eye on him, males sometimes will harm the babies, momma kitty is probably nervous with him around therefore wanting to move and hide them, best to keep him away if possible

This is nothing to be alarmed about.  I believe this male cat is helping Mama kitty to stimulate peeing and/or pooping.  I could be wrong, but still, nothing to get upset about.  What exactly is worrying you?  

p.s. what do you mean the female is trying to move her kittens?  Move them where?

It looks like she senses danger and so moving them to different location to protect them ... And I did a little research saying that male cats will kill kittens if its not theirs so I'm a little worried
