It is a good thing you took her to the vet - the reason most cats avoid the litterbox is usually do to a health problem. Did the vet by any chance mention why she was licking the area in the first place? A bout of diarrhea could do it.
I agree with the previous post, it is most likely due to fear that she is avoiding the litterbox. She associates it with pain now.

if there was pain when she used her litter box to poop she was associating this pain with the litter box thats why she started going elsewhere....and now the areas that she used previous have the scent of her urine and poop so she doesn't know this isn't the place to use....cats go by scent.
even if you cleaned the areas good, if you didn't use a good enzyme cleaner than you haven't completely removed the scent from her sensitive nose...there are many good enzyme cleaners avail at good pet stores....
I also have just read testimonials of this new cleaner called FIZZION..that is supposed to be much better than anything else on the market..whatever you do be sure to get something, just water/bleach or vinegar will NOT work.
