I do have this kind of eye drop here,it was prescribed by a vet to another cat once.I would have used - after checking validity time,of course- if her eye were getting irritated or so.
This things only happens on weekends - I wondered it would be "paranoia" calling emergency vets for asking this...

I would take your cat to your vet so your vet can take a look at kitty's
eyes. Fur in your cat's eyes could cause irritation, maybe infection,
but definitely irritation. I wouldn't use a Kleenex in a cat's eye.
Let the vet advise you what to do and if need be give you an eye
drop solution specifically designed for kitties. You have to be very
careful when putting eye drop solution in a cat's eye that the eye
solution hasn't expired.
Well, is the hair really irritating your cat? If it doesn't look like it is, or it isn't affect it's sight then you may not need to do anything.
