This is hard to understand and it is scary, but please be assured that it does go away.  As Selma suggest try to relax and it will pass.  I had this also after my surgeries so I know how it feels.  Just take a deep breath and tell your mind and body to relax.  It does help.

Hi...try and take a relaxing soak in the tub to see if that helps ..,.,.

Many times a new symptom can cause anxiety as we have no idea what to expect next....but, know u may get these odd sensations and try to calm down by telling urself this is to be expected so u r not so apt to panic....

Breath,,,and relax.....u will be ok : )
