CSF leak again?????

I already have had one CSF leak after the decompression surgery, they went in and fixed it surgically about 4 weeks ago. The last week though I’ve noticed my ears are ringing constantly and my ears pop everytime I swallow. Also sometimes when I get up I almost get a head rush? I don’t know how to explain it, almost feels like the pressure is dropping then get a small head thump. Last night I woke up to a drip of someonethiing wet on my neck, but only a small amount and it hasn’t been back since. I’m concerned though, could these be signs of another leak? I don’t have a headache, and if I do it’s really near my eyes and feels like sinuses. I see my surgeon on Thursday, so I’m gonna ask him then. But I know last time they said If I had another leak I may need a shunt. I don’t know much about the symptoms because the 1st leak was so fast to where fluid was pouring out, and never really noticed the symptoms

Hi...what type of dura patch was used? Did they open the dura?....Did you have EDS ruled out? Ask these questions before talking about a shunt......

I know I’ve said it before but I 110% do not have EDS. And it has nothing to do with the type of patch I have. I have been diagnosed with hydrocephalus within the last week. And I’m currently waiting for an infection to clear so I can have a shunt put in. I am lucky enough to have one of the best neurosurgeons and neurosurgeon teams in the country taking care of them. I’ve decided its best I trust them and not people on the internet from now on, because they know what they are talking about not just internet doctors. Thanks.
Ok sorry I can't remember who has been checked and who hasn't.... I am glad you have Drs you can trust to help you with your post op issues....Good Luck.

ALSO: I do have a bump of fluid on my incision line, that is painless. And feels like it’s getting smaller.
