Chiari Specialist in TN

I am looking for a Chiari specialist near North Alabama/ TN area... If anyone on here has used someone they could recommend I would be grateful! Thanks :-)

  Well sorry but that NL is an idiot ne major surgery is a big deal and this is a major surgery...not a bunion removal. Goodness!

Sorry I had to vent there...please make sure u have the right surgeon and that they have checked u for all related conditions b4 u consider surgery.

This is not something to rush into unless it is at that point that it is life threatening if u do not have the surgery.

U deff should have a specialist for Chiari surgery...JMHO

Thank you so much Selma! My NS sent me to a neurologist to rule out atypical migraines before finalizing on surgery. The neurologist seems to think "Chiari is no big deal. Decompression is no big deal, it's not like they are cutting on your brain". He sent me for an angiogram today to make sure I don't have an aneurysm from the increased pressure.... I would just like to have a specialist to be able to see for a second opinion if need be....

  Hi, we do not recommend Drs, but will let u know if members went to a Dr and liked them and then tell u to research that dr and see a few and compare.

We do have a Dr in the TN area on our list...I do not recall the name right now, but know several members had surgery with him.,


I will bump up the Drs list....
