Chiari type 0 please help !!

Hi everyone,
I am a 23 year old male, who has been suffering for over a year from a variety of neurological symptoms. It started of with sudden onsets of very severe headaches with nausea and I had to excuse to leave my lectures at night..
So much so my headaches gradually increased from being once every month or so to become daily..

My symptoms:
1) worst headaches ever that feel like pressure and never go away usually start at the back of the head
2) ears ringing 24/7 that never goes away, and feels like my ears about to explode, right ear more than left
3) sudden memory loss, short term memory loss, confusion, and spacy in thinking
4) extreme fatigue, nausea, dizzyness that never goes away no matter how much I sleep
5) I see floaters, and very bright or blurred vision
6) Dry skin for some reason
7) loss of motor skills
8) hands and feet suddenly become cold or hot, and sometimes lack of sensation
9) suddenly I have slight astigmatism
10) frequent urination, constipation, and diarhea
11)blood pressure and heart palpitations

tests done:
1) brain mri showed alot of signs of increased icp, with cerebellum reaching the magnum and not beyond it
2)temporal bone mri, showed carotid artery transverse part bony defect in the in both ears, right more than left
3)cbc, vitamines,b12, hormones, pitutary, thyroid, all come back normal

this is a brief about everything, the problem is that i dont have a syrinx in my spine, and no papiladima in my eyes, so they cant diagnose me, thank you so much for any help and advice  ..

Hi and welcome to the Chiari forum.

If you had a brain MRI, how do you know if you do not have a syrinx in your spine?
Do you have copies of your MRI's and the reports? If not, contact the facility that did the studies and request them.

i have copies for my mri, and i've also forgot to mention that i've done an mri for my whole spinal cord, and nothing showed up..
Ok...with copies of the MRI's you can send them to Chiari specialists for review
