Dent on head

After I had my decompression, I noticed a huge scab and dent on the left side above my ear. The dr said its from a clamp they use to hold head still during surgery. It was a scab for two months, finally came off but is like a dent. It is extremly sensitive and hurts when I touch it or try to lay on it. Which I cant lay on that side at all. Anyone else have this?

I never had a scab and I don't think I have a dent however I do have the tenderness and pain in the same place due to the clamps. Now at about 6 weeks post op I usually only feel it when washing or brushing my hair though.
