Diminished Csf Flow

I had my last decompression surgery in 2014. Last week at work I started blacking out again and feeling dizzy. Long story short I passed out and found myself back in the hospital. They did a cine MRI and it says diminished flow through the obex of the fourth ventricle. My question is is that normal post decompression surgery or is it something that can be fix? I just don't want to waste my time with the run around from doctors again over something that can't be fixed or isn't worth the time to go through. The report also says my tonsils are still mildly low lying but I figured that will always be the case. Any thoughts are appreciated

Hi...first I have to ask....was your NS a true Chiari specialist and were ALL related conditions ruled out prior to your decompression? Next, it is possible for scar tissue to form and cause obstructions to CSF flow....not sure if it would be found in the area your's is in....I would deff want to talk to a Chiari specialist to know if this is something related to your other surgery or something new or related.
