Has anyone else noticed that a weird feeling shoots up their arms when they lean on their elbows? Weird
YES i get this! i never thought it could be chiari related.. i notice it in my arms when im leaning on a table or whatnot, which i do a lot. i also get that electric feeling in my spine between my shoulderblades when i put my head down!
Selma I meant to reply to you and posted in thread. I thought of another question. When I bend my neck down forward I have pain down in my back lower spine area. Did you have that?

Hi, I did get a pulling sensation but I do have tethered cord, so that would be y I had it.
It is possible that u would have pain if by bending u r pinching a nerve or if u have an obstruction that could be the cause.
I think most with chiari experience this too.
