Headache Home Remedies?

Hey everyone, it has been a while, and I hope y'all are doing well :-). Quick update, I haven't really gotten very far, between the doctors, insurance, and medical group...but I'm gonna try going back to work after 3 1/2 months off, and hopefully get things fixed soon.  Anyway, I have a website about everything to save money, and I want to do a post about home remedies for headaches.  If you are interested in offering up a tip, I'd love to hear it so I can put it in the post!  I know we all have tons of ideas for this one :-). Thank you!!

The rolled up towel sounds good, especially those super fluffy ones.  I swear, sometimes I wish I had an adult sized version of those comfy baby bathtubs lol. Has anyone tried that lemon thing?

I use a rolled up towel...

Have u tried a bath pillow? they r inflatable and come with a cover....I prefer the towel and u can make it as big or small as u like.

I also do a roll for my lumbar...and sit on one as well when going in for a good soak...so I do not get a sore tail bone.

There are some nice bath pillows out right now, but the softer the better for me.  I can't handle any pressure or hard stuff on my neck right now. I think Walmart might have some squishy ones. :-)

Yes, lavender is even used for pets to help calm them....is is a relaxing scent.....

I have never heard of the corn pillow either....I tend to be hyper sensitive, not sure I could take that as it is hard little bits....hmmm

I love the idea of your corn pillow.  I used to make the u-shape pillows with fental seed and add my own oils to them.  I also recommend you have one and put in plastic bag for the freezer so you can try heat or ice.  I always have one on hand.  They sure help.  So happy to hear your having better days.

Thanks!! I just wish I had a better update, other than nothing is progressing lol.  And yes, that's why I decided to ask here, I know we ALL have had to use one or two methods!  I like the bath and candle idea, I have lavender ones around my room.  I read somewhere lavender and a few others are supposed to be aromatherapeutically pain relieving.  I'll try anything!
