How do I slow down!?

I'm trying to take it easier on myself... or at least I'm thinking about taking it easier, haha.
I've always been so active and I just can't stop.  I'm go-go-go all day long and don't really know how to relax!!

I don't hurt when I'm doing things but as soon as I stop it gets bad.
How do I get myself to slow down and take it easy??

I can relate and maybe we can learn together LOL I feel like I am in a cycle of go, go, go until I drop and then I am miserable, but as soon as feel better...go,go,go.
Last week my house was clean, I push mowed our acre lot(50% is uphill) and started a tile project...now my house is trashed the grass is 6" long and I am trying to muster up the energy to go get a few groceries.
I was supposed to start a Zumba class tonight....Yoga sounds like it might be a better idea.

If u are naturally active take yoga or aquatic classes. they will help relax your muscles. Let your dr know of your classes and ask him of certain movements you shouldnt have your head/neck in. Some movements in yoga you may have to adjust but in all it will help your mind slow down and your body relax. But you still feel like you are accomplishing something and not wasting time.
