Looking for NS who is Chiari Expert in Texas

Is there a list somewhere that can be found?

My son's current NS is really pushing us to have an ICP Monitor and then most likely a decompression surgery done on our 5 year old because of the results of the MRV we had done 5 months ago. But considering the high amount of complications, the long recovery time, and the fact that our son is currently asymptomatic, meeting all of his age goals learning wise, and has a high quality life, I really want to get a second opinion before going through with surgery.

May I ask what the result of the MRV were that the Dr feels surgery is best at this time?
I know your son does not appear to have symptoms, but for those with Chiari symptoms we do not realize that we have symptoms since we have always had this condition and consider how we feel to be "normal" as it is our normal....so even tho your child is high functioning with this condition you need to look to how it is impacting his overall health too.
