My durapatch is now stuck to cerebellar tonsils- what are my options?

I had decompression surgery in October, and am worse (symptom-wise) than before. My MRI last week noted that the patch (my pericranium) is now stuck to my tonsils with subarachnoid adhesions. Probably from the psuedomeningocele pushing in on the space?

Does anyone have experience with this? What works, what doesn’t.  My symptoms are worsening and I wonder what my options are here. Have an appointment with my NS, but I feel like I need to hear from someone with real life experience. Thanks so much!

What are they planning to do with the psuedo?

The plan with the pseudo has been wait and see, I’m not sure what he will say about it now though, with the adhesions, I was just hoping someone had some ideas to share.
I will see if I can get one of our members who I believe has had a similar issue contact you...she is not always on here.....
