I'm so glad to hear all went well :) i hope you are managing your pain and resting well. you are young which I found really helped me to recover quickly! If you have any questions please let me know! I'll be thinking of you!!!!

  U r welcome...so glad to hear all went well.....surprised u r posting already !!

Do take time to rest up, know u can always post in ur journal ur post op experience.

U will need to walk, as that is very important, I imagine u have a walker...then u need to do ur neck exercises to keep the muscles from getting tight or forming scar tissue. Oh yes and rest, rest and then rest some more.

This is when ur patience comes into play : )
