Pain tracker?

Is anyone else using the pain tracker tool here. Doctors want me to monitor pain so he can have an idea of whats really going on.

  There should be a list of other members that use the tracker right on the page....look again and u should be able to see who uses it to ask them questions......

I just keep a spreadsheet on my computer so I can put in details.  I haven't looked at the pain tracker on here, it might be just as good or better.  I have a spreadsheet for each major symptom...headache, vertigo, neck pain, etc.  I list dates, times, pain scale 1-10, what happened before (possible trigger), and what made it better (if anything).  Patterns do emerge...I realized I actually underestimate how often I am in pain.
