OH OH OH. Dang that Chiari Monster. He wiped my short term memory again. UHHHHH. Forgot to put this in sleep post. However, it might be good to have it's own. :D

I read about a chiari pillow online. Can I PLEASE get all of your awesome ideas on pillows?

Currently a body pillow is used on top of a foam mattress (when I haven't crashed in the chair). My BF has an awesome pillow for me.The neck pillow by Temperpedic. I rest soundly there. Won't post a link, got in trouble for that in the past ;)

Trying to make my bedroom a sanctuary that I LOVE to be in. Lavendar oils, low lights, fan for background relaxation. Meditating prior to sleep helps. Prayer does too.

All of your ideas are appreciated.

I haven't been diagnosed with Chiari yet but I do have severe headaches that start at the base of my skull and severe neck pain. I started using a chiro flow pillow that is a pillow that allows you to fill it with water at different levels depending on what feels best for you and I LOVE it. I can't use any other pillow now.  It has regular pillow on the top but the water in it allows it to support and form around your head and neck, even when changing positions at night which I constantly do. It may not help everyone but I have been helped alot by it. I usually have no pain while I am sleeping and that is a big help.

Hello

I use a memory foam pillow...which seems to help a lot but might not be the choice of others. I have looked into the Chiari pillow but haven't made it to actually ordering one..mostly b/c the last time I looked they weren't shipping to Canada right now. Plus, I have heard varying opinions from ppl, some like and some don't. I have heard a lot of ppl enjoy fiberfill pillows too.

For posting links...from what I understand, if your link doesn't take people to a competitive forum..then it is ok to post here. Should get Selma to confirm that though and I don't think she will be on for a day or so.
