Sharp tingling pain in feet every morning!

I have had this since being on Diamox,( since January) but it mostly went away after I tapered to a smaller dosage.  The last few days, it has been getting worse!  It actually HURTS, doesn't just feel like my foot is waking up from being 'asleep'. It will start in one foot and then slowly disappear and then be in the other foot.  It doesn't every morning!  Any thoughts?

Yeah, it is a definite side effect, but I felt like my body had become used to it and I stopped having regular symptoms, until just recently...i should have a follow up soon and my ophtho will probably take me offs f it anyway, since my optic nerve isn't I swollen...
