Surgery on it's way

I was dx back in Aug 12 with CM1 and SM. I have had no luck finding a specialist in my area. I cannot afford to travel. But in that dark could there is a silver lining. I found a NS that is very well informed with this condition, answers all your questions till you understand, great bed side manor, and has an amazing staff! So next on the list, is to go under the knife, and pray for relief. My date is March 25th 2013. Feel free to ask or tell me anything I need to know. P.S. I have done a lot of reading in the past moths, so I'm not completely in the dark. Thanks in advance :)
