Surgery tomorrow

Super nervous, just had the presurgical appointment. My Cine MRI showed completely blocked flow at the back of the brain, tilt table was a big fail too. Because my tonsils wrap around the brainstem they will have to be resuscitated a little, that part scared me the most. He also said something like c1 has to be removed and c2 trimmed. Today I feel dazed, dizzy and nauseous--maybe due to fatigue and worry. He warned me I may get slightly worse temporarily once the pressure is released but would probably feel better pretty quick. He said symptoms will wax and wane for a year or so and best recovery will be 1-3 years.
