I had surgery 10 days ago. When I cough, I still have a cough headache. For those that had tussive headaches before surgery how long after surgery were they gone? Immediately?

Hi Karen, it may take a while u still have inflammation due to the surgery itself...and lots of healing yet to do.....

This is one thing u cannot rush and try to avoid coughing if at all possible.'

  It takes patience to heal....

Hang in there <3
