I've done months & months & months of research & still have so many questions....if any 1 can look at my MRIs in my photos & give me opinions, I would greatly appreciate it....

I tried to mark yours as the best answer, idk y my phone is acting so stupid....l even researched about collection of csf....i think thats what it is & waiting on my. Referral is driving me even crazier. Symptoms getting worse, vision acting up constantly, pain unbearable,.exttremely depressed....just having major pity party.....

Btw, astrocytomas can form from parts of brain sitting in csf pockets for extended periods of time...& my grandfather died from brain & lung cancer last aug, so that makes me even  more concerned :-(

Well my spine mri shows something similar to yours...and it says no syrinx

  Hi...not sure if u saw my comment regarding this question...but, not being a Dr or a medical professional I can only guess and speculate....and my guess no matter how far fetched it may be is it could be a pocket of CSF...CSF is white in MRI's....

I have no idea y there would be a pocket at that location...but, that is what it looks like to me.
