Syrinx size

Does having a syrinx mean you have syringomyelia? And is it possible that a 2mm syrinx from the top of your tailbone up to t4 is causing pain?

Yes, the state/condition  of having a syrinx is known as Syringomyelia.....

And a syrinx can cause pain....

Do u know how ur syrinx developed? Is it congenital or acquired?
