Well I.posted the other day about waking up.last week and.noticing a indented line going down the middle of my forehead n it feels to me as its a little swollen on right hand side well I seen my regular doctor n Neurologists n both of them said if it doesn't go away call your NS. Well I did that twice or maybe even three times and they finally just called me back this mornig n her assiant tells me ill talk to her about it but have u seen your regular physician because there's.nothing really she can do as far as surgery your pregnant and to see her because she's a surgeon like I said.there's nothing really I can do. I wanted to rip thru the phone n choke her out! I already seen my regular pcp n I seen the neurologists. There's deft something going on I.mean.it's.not normal to wake up and have a indented line going down the middle of your forhesd n obviously its something neurological so there's nothing my regular pcp can do n gos for bid its something serious I'm left here unknown what it is at 11 weeks pregnant. I feel npe as though because I'm pregnant n I'm not having her perform my surgery she doesn't wanna see me.n the sad thing is is I'm talking to her secatary not my doctor n I don't wanna talk or see her. I'm pretty pissed off and now I don't know what to do as far as all of this. Her srcatary said she's gonna talk to my NS n call me back n see what she says like she told me last week well see if she even calls back my mother n husband both wanna call there like I just wanted to be seen n have my NS look at it because its not frigen normal and all I'm thinking its something life threating I'm so upset!:/

Hey Selma, how do I contact her LOL? I am from Rhode island I don't know is her email or if she has a website is available to contact her ya know and yes that's all my surgents office said that she's a "surgeon" well obviously and as far as my blood pressure I was at the doctors twice this week with appointments and they said it was perfectly normal. So confusing LOL the only resonance why I wanted my NS to look at it is was to.rule out serious stuff ya know n maybe see if it was a fluid issue. But yes if you have any info.on contacting her of.appreciate it if you could let me know and I'm trying to post the pic it will be up soon thanks girls.

  Hi Katie, I know we all refer to the Chiari Drs as that, but they r surgeons and if we do not need surgery or can  not have  it the only option is a NL  as a NS does not dx and treat...I know how u feel...and it is not right...

My suggestion  would be to contact Diane Muller a nurse that works with Dr Oro, she has done a lot of research on Chiari and pregnancy and may have some info to share with u....

I will take a look at the pic ....

  Outside of the line, have u been able to track ur BP?

I'm trying to post a pic and see if you guys notice it I deff do and so don't others my reg doc seen it n said its not alarming to him n its.nothing serious but what the heck is it ughh so frustrating

I know I was thinking the past weekend to go to the er but its like what the heck do I say they'll think I'm crazy LOL and probably not do a dam thing of you know how ers are. Well it doesn't hurt bad no but when I press on.it it kinda feels like when you have a sinus infection that kind of pain but I've been waking up with headaches,eyepain n facial weakness with that all comes with my Chairi issues so idk if its something to do with that ya know and it's not gushy its starts off the top of my forehead as it feels at a indent n feels like kind of like a little swollen or lump on top right side of head like right next to where the indent starts n then its like a indented line that goes all the way down to between my eye brows sooooo weird. All I'm thinking is great I have a blood clot or brain tumor what else ya know its.been there for a week now. I know this sounds crazy but I'm wondering if its my fluid build up ya know I have no clue this is why I want my NS to see me n if she doesn't. I might. Have to go to the er which is insane:/

I'm so sorry, its like we get the run around from drs we trust even, or at least their staff....Idont know if this sounds rediculous but u may go to er and maybe they can help u. Hopefully they can put your mind at ease. And u don't need the extra stress on top of pregnancy, not good for mama bear....please keep us posted....is it gushy? Does it hurt? Do u feel different?
