This is new to me...

I had a severe headache most the day yesterday mostly felt on the right side...

And i only ended up getting 3 hours sleep. I woke up with a weird neck pain ( front of neck not back ) and my back hurts down the hip area and hips pain i think due to sleeping position

And i have been nauseated all day and couldn't eat
Just now i finally vomited ( I haven't vomited since 2008) so i am finding this awfully strange

I am hoping this is an isolated incident... But i am starting to worry something serious is going on

Just wondering if your med's you are taking are causing your neasea.  I know I was on something that made me sick.  Also my HA's got so bad I went to ER and they gave me a shot which helped me get some sleep.  Call PCP and maybe that can give you something to help you rest.  So happy to hear your not getting sick anymore.

Many of the others have been on the menu lately due to dieting also.

  Have u looked at the anti inflammatory foods list in the Health Pages, it  may help with some of the pain....worth a try if u like the foods on the list.

Waiting to see ns in Sept and ask for all the tests getting so fed up.... I forgot what its like to feel normal

  Well the sublexing is from the joints not being stable....it is from me having EDS....

Sounds like u may have a joint issue if ur hip move like that, do have that checked and if u keep feeling nauseated call ur PCP.

I don't know what that is but when i lay on my back my hips sometimes randomly thrust up lol

  I had a few incidents like that b4 my surgery.....not sure what the cause was, but I have not had them since.....

As for ur hip pain, could u be sublexing? ur joint shifting partway out of joint when u lay on ur side? I get this in my shoulder and my hip, I can hear it pop, and can feel it move, sometimes it is midway to where it should be and then it hurts like heck.....

My temp is 37.6 and i don't feel nauseated now i vomited...
