I came yesterday ( surgery was Thursday). Everything went well. They found more going on in there than the MRI showed. My ligaments were large and arthritic and wrapped around things so he had to take them down a bit. He said that arthritic ligaments can be a sign of fibromyalgia(?). So if I still have pain I will get that checked out. Not one headache yet! My tinnitus is almost gone! My neck is stiff and very sore, but they don't want me to do much more than movements I can tolerate until the staples are out (9 more days). So I consider it a success at tis point.

  On ur profile page u will see a place for journals....pics, etc....that is the page u read notes on....neway go to the top of the screen and u will see Mn MedHelp...put ur cursor over it and in the drop down u will see profile...click on that ...once on the profile page u will see a place for journals....what is nice is everyone can go to ur journal and read it as u update it....no searching for it  as a thread can get difficult to locate the more that get posted......

Would I post that in my journal? Sounds like a foolish question, but I am not very good at finding my way around this site and just want to do it in the correct spot.  :)
