You know you have chiari when: You just want to have a normal day, to laugh, play and not hurt.  Thank all of you for your post.  I had post fossa decompression surgery in Nov. for my Chiari, I wish I could say that it made a difference, but it hasn't it was NOT worth having to go through the surgery it was horrible!!!

ps chiariwolf....I also have the same problem with hot water too! Especially when washing the dishes.
