I have felt bad as well lately. Today especially. My swallowing is bad and my headache is worse than normal. I sometimes wonder what I did to have brought this terrible disease into my life.

Those of you who have been battling this for years and have undergone surgeries, you are my pillar of strength. I pray for all of us to one day be pain free.

God Bless
Kim

I would imagine more MRI's or xrays...... I know I read someone had a fusion and then found they needed one a bit further down too....not sure that is what is going on...just something I remember reading.

I agree it should, but I have heard of the instability being lower too....not sure if that is a possibility....hope not.

U also have to keep in mind u just had surgery, it does take time to heal....and by time I mean after we rest, rest and then rest some more it can take months b4 we are doing simple things around the house....u have to listen to ur body as to what it needs, but u also have to know what underlying conditions u may have.

Hi Molly and CW....yup same here...I really think this crazy weather is affecting all of us...up in the 50's one day and below 0 the next morning....just too much of a drastic change.

May I ask what area is the worst for either of u...for me it is my lower back....it is just not letting me do much....I am slowly getting back to doing a few simple things, but I am still using a heating pad....

It was a good month of laying flat on my back....and just sitting hurt so bad....forget walking...I am able to sit now so I am glad for that, just trying to figure this all out.

Yes, Molly I have. Got to feeling great a few months ago. In fact I told a friend I couldn't remember feeling so good. Then wham!!! For about two months now I've been totally useless.
