The Dr you mentioned as a peds Dr does treat children, teens and adults...so, no issues there...

Have you had more testing to know if you hav e any of the related conditions?

I am new to this board and just wanted to see if you had found a dr in MN? I am also in MN and I'm trying to find someone who has some experience with Chiari. I feel like I am getting tossed around due to lack of knowledge. I was actually looking to schedule with Dr. Najib, wondering if that is who you saw and your thoughts on his recommendations. I unfortunately have also been diagnosed with Trigeminal Neuralgia which complicates things even more.

Just curious if you have anything to share!

Another Dr. I was looking at that says he works with Chiari is Dr. Patrick Graupman at Gillette Childrens in St. Paul.....unfortunately I am 46 so not sure if he would see me though they do have an adult clinic...I will be looking into that.

Hi there, I too am  to his board as well as the entire subject of Chiari. I have been diagnosed but can't seem to find a Dr with enough knowledge  they won't even discuss the Chiari, instead they blame the symptoms on other things or the other popular answer is the symptoms are  matter of mindset???? I'm bewildered and lost, are are my Drs in Maine?????

We do not have Drs listed for Maine.....that doesn't mean there aren't any there it just means we do not have a member here that found one and told us about it.....so if you find one let  us know.....
To aid in finding a Dr, you will want to educate yourself on Chiari and ALL related conditions .....

Ask questions and we will do our best to help you.
