What are the exercises for post op patients?

Please take note, I was not to do all the exercises that are pictured on the chart, and I did post which ones I was told to do as a post under the pic.
Nicole, I was told no bending, lifting not even to pick up a piece of lint.....no vacuuming....at the point u r at post op u may "feel" u can do more than u should..take it slow....everything in moderation...and above all listen to ur body.

id like to know as well im almost 4 weeks post op and would like to know what I can and can not do!
