Dr Rosner/ Dr Bolognese/ Dr Rekate

Hey everyone! Does anyone have the email addresses for Dr Rosner and/or Dr Bolognese? Also anyone who is a patient or has had surgery with Dr. Rekate at TCI, I'm curious to know what your experience was?? I'm having a hard time deciding on a surgeon and am very conflicted on my feelings toward Dr. Rekate who is currently my doctor. I'm hoping to email Dr Bolognese and request to be seen by him as I feel that Dr Rekate has failed to answer any of my questions or address my concerns of being tested for a syrinx or EDS, as I have many of the symptoms for each of these. To date Dr Rekate hasn't ordered any new tests for me, only looked at my existing MRIs of my brain/ cervical spine and said if I had a syrinx it would have showed on the cervical spine, which I now know a syrinx can be on the thoracic and lumbar spine, which would contribute to my extreme lower back pain and leg stiffness as well as my frequent and urgent urination.. This has disheartened me to trust Dr Rekate as my neurosurgeon as he is overlooking many major details.  Any help with the emails and opinions on Dr Rekate would be greatly appreciated!

Maria

I am so happy for u.....I know when I went neither Dr B or Dr I worked with INS, I only had to pay for the first visit with Dr I then all was covered and I had some out of pocket for surgery, but that was my INS....so even tho they do not work with INS it is well worth checking what is covered and what u will be responsible for b4 u write them off. JMHO : )

Hey Selma!!
Guess what, I took your advice and emailed Dr B and he got back to me right away! He informed me that I can definitely change physicians and started me on the process :) I requested him as my physician and as long as he accepts my insurance it won't be a problem! If he doesn't accept my insurance I requested Dr Insinga as my second choice. Thank you so much for your help, my mind is so much more at ease knowing I won't be Dr R's patient any longer and may even get to have the famous Dr B as my physician!

If anyone still has Dr Rosner'a email I would greatly appreciate it :)

Thanks!
Maria
