You can get a cervical collar online from a med supply site, or locally, at a med supply store.

I do use mine on bad days. I've noticed that even if my head is really bad, but my neck doesn't seem as bad, it does alleviate some of the headache pain too.

the spots behind my ears r the same way i get sharp stabbing pain the jaw an jawline around my ears so on an i always thought it was due to my acid reflux but i have noticed its usally when im having some pressure i have also noticed  that this "lump" i thought that was just behind my ears also goes all the way to the back of my skull on both sides  its like really hard to describe what this is cause its not bumps but its not lumps its kinda like if a snake is under my skin that is the length an width of this thing but it ends in the middle
on the cervical collar do u have to get a doc to give u one r can u but 1 somewere?
ty for helpin me out with this an ill look that one up about the ears an see if it sounds like whats going on

Soft cervical collar for driving, etc will help. I have one from a whiplash(what I think made my Chiari  symptoms worse) and I wear it on longer drives, sometimes around the house, if my head is feeling extra heavy or neck extra sore. Try it.

I have very sore spots back behind my ears too. They do feel lumpy. I never noticed if they swell. I can't wear hard headbands, my glasses have to be adjusted so they're loose behind my ears. I also get sharp stabbing pain at times back there, as well as in my jaw and along jawline. My mom works in dentistry, and said it sounds like I have trigeminal neuralgia. The pain is only there when pressure is bad though.
