muscles twitching

Does anyone else have muscle twitching problems. My muscles twitch in my face especially around my nose. And my bottom lip goes numb

   Twitching like this can be an indication of being low in absorption of  minerals...and stress.

Magnesium is one that has helped with mine....I do not get them as frequently as I did...and they do not last near as long when I  do.....


Certain meds..can also cause this when used for long periods of time...such as Dramamine, stimulants, Benadryl,caffeine,Sudafed,bronchodilators for asthma,diuretics, even antihistamines can do this too...

I get them in/by eyes but I get them other places on my body. Usually left side, that's the side affected nerve wise for me the most. Like 2 weeks ago I had twitching on upper back of left arm for a few days straiggt, you can actually see it. I haven't found anyway to stop them, but if anyone knows, please share. They are very bothersome.....Dana

  Hi...yes the worst area for me was my eye twitching...and it would affect my vision...just maddening...

SO u r deff not alone as u can see by the repiles.

sometimes my right eye twitches only for a few minutes though

Right sidenof my face spasms sometimes and if I tap around right side of face it twitches or sometimes sets spasm off... irritating
