shooting pain when sneezing

Not to make this long,

I got benign tonsillar ectopia,

and a cervical herniated disc in my neck,

now when I sneeze, I got shooting pain, that feels like nerve pain, from my left shoulder down my arm..

I cant relate properly if this due to the c5c6 herniation, or due to the the tonsillar ectopia..

Can chiari cause such pain, shooting down the arm ?

With Chiari, when we sneeze we have shooting pain, ,but it is typically in our head ....I would think your pain could be a pinched nerve elsewhere....or a syrinx....but the herniated disk could be the cause.
Not sure why they DX you with begin tonsillar ectopia when you clearly have symptoms.
