Question abt my MRI report , this was my most recent report ,
Again ,there is minor degenerative change of the cervical spine with mild central disc bulging at c2/c3 through c5/c6 . NO cervical disc herniation or spinal stenosis is demonstrated .
There is a small schmorls node involving the superior endplate of T1
Again , note is made of a mildly prominent central canal of the spinal cord centered at c5/c6 level which is unchanged back to Feb 2012 measuring up to 2mm in diameter .There is also some prominence of central canal of the cord in the upper thoracic region which is not well evaluated today.
The cerebellar tonsils are normally located.
There is no evidence of dymyelinanation .
Impression
Minor degenerative changes . There has been no significant interval change .Mild prominence of the central canal of the spinal cord of the spinal cord which is stable back to 2012
My QUESTION IS .... Can this be a mistake , can it be just the machine ...There is also some prominence of central canal of the cord in the upper thoracic region which is not well evaluated today. I never had anything in the upper cthoric region back in April report ,not sure how I got something now , no chari malformation
