4 Son excited over moving objects

I have a four year old son who when he sees something, like a car on a track going fast, or a train, ball rolling on some sort of track thing, anything that moves by fast he stiffens his hands up kinda by his ears and jerks them a bit. almost like a little flap...but not really flapping them. his mouth also opens and it just looks so weird. like a handicapped child. This is the only thing he does that is weird. I get so scared about autism or adhd stuff, its all u read about nowadays. I have taken him to two doctors, both of them saying its nothing, just something he will grow out of. He JUST turned 4 two weeks ago. I had him evaluated right before he turned 2, the 4 women who evaluated said they saw some sensory issues, but that was it. No signs of anythijng like autism. He is VERY socialble, outgoing, talkative, not overly hyper active, unless he gets tired, or soemone is playing chase with him. Has no problem walking gross motor skills are great, does not tippy toe walk, very loving and cuddly, the only thing is this stiffening up and getting excited over moving objects. Anybody seen this before? Im obsessed with trying to get him to stop and find out what it is. I should also say he started preschool last month, and is doing great, loves it.

Have you ever watched Top Gun?  When the plane takes off from the aircraft carrier,  and it's THRILLING for all the airmen on board.  THRILLING.  They really can't contain themselves.

Your son will learn to express this thrill in more handsome ways at some point.  He's a boy,  it seems normal that speed is exciting to him.
