4 YEAR OLD BEHAVIOR AND AGGRESSION ISSUES!

My son is 4 years old. He has a bad attitude and is aggressive. He lies. I also have a 2 yr old daughter and a 1 year old boy. My 4 year old is teaching bad behavior to my 2 year old. My 4 year old is very sneaky. He gets into things and breaks his toys, tears everything up. He is very sneaky mean to my daughter and my youngest son. Just a minute ago my 1 year old was crawling around and my 4 year old litterally stepped on him to get over him. I'm scared to have my baby around him. My 2 year old and him both fight and hit and bite eachother..I don't know what to do anymore! I've tried everything from time out, spanking, taking his toys out of his room, taking his tv away (which he completely distroyed and doesn't work anymore) He completely doesn't listen to anything! He can't follow simple instructions! I don't know what else to do! Please any suggestion will help. I'm scared for the safety of my baby!

Could it be he feels left out, he is the oldest and very often they feel usurped when siblings come along, they see them getting the attention they used to receive.It would be a good idea to make sure your 4 year old gets one to one time, maybe dad could take him to play ball outside .,have some fun with him. You could also give him some extra time so he still feels special ..focus on his positive side and praise him when you see him doing something right ...good luck
