5 yr. humping his hands & touching girls

My 5 yr old son has been humping his hands and has been caught twice messing around with little girls.  He has been humping his hands for about 3 yrs and it recently came to my attention from my son that my ex-husbands ex-girlfriends now 8 had touched my son about 2yrs ago.  I had him taken to the child advocacy center and a doc. did "play therepy" with my son and said there were no signs of sexual abuse, this was about 2 yrs ago when he had started humping his hands.  A few monthes ago he and another little girl got caught by her babysitter humping eachother.  My son told me she wanted to play the butt game.  Then yesterday I caught him at the playground on top of a little girl and he said they were touching boobs together and that her and her brother who is 4 and she is 7 were "sexing".  I dont know what to do or say, i dont know if I should yell or punish him.  His doc said humping is normal, but with him touching others, my concern for his well being is worrying me.  How do I handle this? who do I talk to?  What should I tell my son and should he be punished? I've explained its innapropriate and should never touch anyones privates.  I dont know how to approach this subject, my boyfriend thinks I should be really hard on him, but I dont know what to do, Please Help!!!!!

Overcoming sexual abuse can take a lot of patience.  Be firm, don't back down on these guidelines.  I would also add that he can touch his privates all he wants in a private place.  There is a fine line in making sure the child does not go away thinking sex is dirty, but still explaining what is appropriate at his age.  Now that you have explained what is appropriate, give him real consequences for disobeying.  It is very important to watch him (and have all other child care workers aware so they can watch too) with other children.  Other children who have been exposed in this way have a weird way of finding others like them.

There is light at the end of the tunnel.  My boys were exposed up to age 2 & 4.  They are adopted.  Now, at age 11 & 13, they don't even remember that anything ever happened.

Good luck and God bless.
