Don't know what to do

My 7 year old has ADHD, CP, hearing loss and a lot of other problems. The reason I'm posting is he thinks it is funny when he gets in trouble with me. He laughs in my face. I don't know what to do. He doesn't laugh when someone else is scolding him, but when I do it, he thinks it is hilarious. What can I do? It makes me want to cry.

Dont react to it, I can tell you do, he's laughing not yelling so it can be irritating, next time he does it laugh back at him, give him a kiss and a cuddle ,laughing is okay, hes trying to lighten up whatever he did wrong ,so go on Mom lighten up, you will be glad you did,
