Genatalia drawing of a 5 yr old girl

My step daughter has been using "Potty" talk a lot. Words like poop, vagina, bum bum, penis...I thought this was just a stage until I saw some drawings she had made of all the above mentioned. She is basically a happy child and I have not noticed any sexual abuse signs like sadness, withdrawal etc. But my husbands ex (her mother) has invited a man to live with them after only knowing him for about 4 months.  I have no reason to believe anything inappropriate is going on and she doesnt seem fearfull when she visits but the drawings made me wonder.

She has never drawn things like this before and did so with my own 5 yr old in the back seat of my car. The step child was drawing these things (very evident when you look at them) calling them y thier names and then giggling about it.
Is this normal?

It can be normal but I think it invites some investigation. It would be reasonable to watch the situation for a couple of weeks and see how she appears. If the concern continues, arrange an evaluation for her with a menatl health clinician.

I'M SORRY BUT SOMETHING NOT RIGHT 2 ME WITH HER DRAWING PICTURES LIKE THIS OUT THE BLUE.UNLESS SHE HAD A COURSE ON SEX ED..... COMING FROM A MOM WHO BEEN THERE BE FOR FOLLOW YA HEART AND WHAT U FEEL 9X OUT OF 10 ARE TRUE.........TRUST ME THAT'S HER WAY OF TELLING SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT!!!!!! DON'T SIT AND WAIT WEEKS DOWN THE LINE BY THEN IT CAN BE TO LATE.......DO WHAT U HAVE TO DO AND THE HELL IT WILL HURT IN THE LONG RUN
