How long of notice do daycare provider have to give you before kicking your kid out

My child has been kick out because I reported she got bit..they gave me a notice when I pick my child up can they do this??

as to weather they can do this or not im not sure but ive found a even better daycare and they really understand my sons behavior issues

my child also had been kicked out of his daycare because they didnt know what to do with his outburst and what they werr doing wasnt working and actually told me over the phone before picking him that maybe its best i find a different daycare
