Is my 20 months old son austism

I need advise from someone,for me I think my son is autism, I have early intervention program, also I  am on waiting test for autism for him, I don't know how long will it take. At around when my son was 10 months old he started banging his head, he loves spinning around,he gets care when someone knocks the house door, he get scare  when there is loud noises around him,he says only two words mama and baba. He likes to bites, pull his sister hair.
He has delay in communication,has significant delays, adaptive skills,language and cognition,low oral motor tone.can someone tell me what they think please

Good point, but what I suggested still pertains, with the exception that one might expect more of him in the domain of communication. The guidance I offered still applies. Let the evaluation results speak for themselves.

U r talking like if my son is 10 months old, I say when he was 10 months I notice signs of autism he is 21 months old right now

Be careful not to become too preocuupied by the mention of Autistic Disorder (or another condition along the Pervasive developmental Disorder spectrum). It is clear that your son is displaying some developmental problems. But he is only ten months old. Children of that age to not have language skills, so part of the problem is in your expectations. Early Intervention has likely assessed him in the major developmental areas. Sit down with someone and review the results piece by piece - that is, look separately at each component of development (gross motor, fine motor, cognitive, social, emotional).
