if she's charged with animal cruelty, it's very likely the court will require counseling, and can refer you to specific counseling centers.
That must be very upsetting and disturbing to you. I'm very sorry. I presume that since she is a juvenile, they did not arrest her. Did they refer you to any resources? Is that what you're looking for here? I'm very sorry you're going through this.
