is a reaction to peeling from Scarlet Fever- I know that's stretching it- But my son had peeling itching toes and fingers after scarlet fever which is a dreaded disease but actually is only a step above strep..... Has he had Strep throat? followed by another week or so with a rash/sunburned looking?
