My sons were sexually assaulted

I have 3 children my daughter is 9 and I have 2 boys 5 and 7. 3 months ago we found out the boys were sexually assaulted by a co-workers son who is 13 . His younger sister is our daughters bestfriend in the world.  The boys has bipolar and adhd. We were never told he had bipolar.
Our cause is being handles by NCIS through the Canadian military.
My sons have a therapist but the problem is she has only seen them once in 3 months.
We are going through hell with the boys. I don't know what to do here. They are angry and my 7 yr old is constantly testing me as is our 5 yr old. My 5 yr old is now obsessed with his penis. My 7 yr old is constantly grabbing at his crotch. They both are developmentally delayed as well. I just don't know how to go about dealing with them effectively. I myself haven't dealt with there assault. I have closed myself off to try to protect myself. I think i'm fallening into a depression over what happen to them and not being able to prevent them being sexually assaulted. It doesn't help that i think the kids will be getting a slap on the wrist.

Given the nature of the developmental concerns, they will be able to benefit from therapy. Those developmental problems will not interfere with therapy.

The delays with my 7 yr old is mostly with reading and fine motor skills everywhere else he is normal.
My 5 yr olds delays are with speech and fine motor skills.

It's imporatnt that you focus on your children, not on what might occur with the other child. In addition, you need some help as you deal with this. I can understand why you are not satisfied with one treatment session for your sons over a span of three months. Be assertive and be a strong advocate for your children. In addition, seek help for yourself. And your own therapist might be able to help you arrange a more satisfactory treatment for the children. Now, a note of caution: if the boys are developmentally delayed, depending on the degree of delay, it could be that therapy per se will not be particularlly useful. I really can't evaluate that from my vantage point.
