Why painful masturbation at 5?

This is embarrassing. I just wanted an outsiders opinion.
Whenwaswas 5 years old I remember hurting myself in sexual ways, specifically my nipples. I would grab myself and pretend I was being hurt by the boys at school and would physically hurt self. By opinion, do you think this could be just some kind of form of dealing with mental illness health issue, child sexual exploration or something more?

Yes but he advised that my father might have been abusing because his main clients are pedophiles and that my dad held those characteristics. I don't believe that. He's only saying that based on the fact that my half sister claims he molested her for years after my parents got married when she was 13 and that my mom caught him watching me take a shower when I was 9.
He did that yes but he never hurt me. I just don't believe that

Did you have a sexually exploited childhood?  If so, it could be the result.  Have you ever spoken to a therapist about this?
